Bend Building +Design and Bend ADU, with 40 years of experience building custom homes, remodels, and residential development projects. He focuses on thoughtful planning, clear communication, and craftsmanship that supports long-term performance and value. Based in Bend, Oregon, Sander works closely with homeowners and partners to guide projects with experience, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
